Say It Ain’t So….Jarrett to Return v. Angle at BFG?
Written by Lex on August 25th, 2007 in Uncategorized.
As I was reading headlines over at prowrestling.com this morning, this little tidbit caught my eye. It’s sourced to the Wrestling Observer:
Jeff Jarrett is set to make his ring return against Kurt Angle at TNA’s Bound for Glory PPV.
Eh…this scares me. Will it be a three-way involving Joe, or will it just be a one-on-one match? Will Jeff Jarrett win the title at Bound For Glory instead of Samoa Joe?
This should make all the people who’ve been saying Samoa Joe’s going to win the title at Bound For Glory very, very nervous. That is, unless Angle drops at the next PPV.

Hey Lex as far as I know Kurt is going to retain all titles at No Surrender and then feud with Jarrett. So if this happens TNA can kiss my…You know what!!

Umm Lex isn’t Angle’s next defense against Abyss?

Yeah, at No Surrender…so he probably won’t drop the title…meaning, if this news is true, it’s Jarrett v. Angle at BFG…

This was inevitable tbh
Another nail in the coffin for TNA talent.

I think is has to be noted that TNA treatment of Samoa Joe is probably hurting them in the free agent market. Why would someone like Matt Sydel or Colt Cabana sign with TNA when the title is being kept off of Samoa Joe while at the same time CM Punk is at the center of the ECW brand and most likely will be winning the ECW title tomorrow night, just a thought but TNA just keeps shooting them selfs in the foot.

Umm….. I still have the complete confidence in TNA giving Joe the strap at BFG, if I’m wrong then I will take back absolutely everythnig I said about TNA and will stop defending (and prehaps watching) their product.
However big JJ’s ego is I don’t think he could be this stupid, I’m not against another JJ title reign but not now TNA need the belt on their most popular guy so I am still going to have my money firmly on Joe come BFG

Mr. Happy–
I was shocked when I saw this newsbit. It was kind of buried.
Perhaps Angle will drop the title to Abyss…and it will be Joe v. Abyss…

Lol Lex, you’re a funny guy.
Build Angle up to drop the title…to ManKane…I mean Abyss.

Kanekind would also have sufficed.

ManKane makes it sound like the real Kane is a woman, or worse.

That’s exactly my point. Does anyone actually see Angle dropping to Abyss?
The only way it would happen would be if he was so “tired” from his other two matches. But still, it won’t happen. I’m sure there will be some kind of crazy interference in the title match (this is a requirement for TNA), and Angle will retain.
Thus setting up….Angle v. Jarrett at Bound For Glory? Nice…
