Is Anybody Buying This?

Written by Kanadian on April 27th, 2008 in Uncategorized.

So, WWE Backlash is upon us. It’s the first WWE PPV after Wrestlemania, and it features the first Undertaker vs Edge rematch, the 4-way Elimination Match for the WWE Title, everybody’s favorite The Great Khali vs Big Show, and Mick Foley on color with Michael Cole. My Question to PWB is: Are you buying this?

I’ll start it off. No, I’m not buying it.

  2. shortzandat Says:

I will because I have nothing better to do than to buy it and I figure that despite the fact that its the same 4 guys all the time in the elimination match I expect it to be a good one nevertheless

  3. DMS Says:

    .

    Hbk/Batista

  4. Lex Luthor Says:

I will not be letting Vince rob me of my money on this one.

  5. Nick_K Says:

No offence Lex but I’m glag you are not buying it every time you don’t the PPV is good.

  6. kanadian Says:

I think it looks like an ok show, but mania was f’n expensive, plus i’ve been cutting back as of late

  7. Lex Luthor Says:

I CANT WAIT FOR THE MAIN EVENT

If it was a fatal 4 way then I wouldnt care much

    3 PEOPLE GET ELIMINATIED! GREAT!

HBK/BATISTA finish is not predictable, but I think that Batista might urn heel or Y2J might make it a NO DECISION

    Hope Santino wins tag title

    Edge/Taker will be good

  9. kanadian Says:

maybe those of us on the blog are cutting back, but from what i’ve heard No Way Out was a high number and Mania drew almost as much as last year.

    My predictions as follows:
    -Taker retains
-Cena over (i think orton retains but im not betting against cena in the main event)
    -Batista over
    -Big Show over
    -MVP over
    -Heel Models over
    -Kane retains

    no santino on wwe.com, jsnwwf

I’ve pretty much given up on WWE. I’ve completely have lost faith in Vince’s product and rarely do I ever watch it. I’m more about ROH than anything else. And when I can’t attend a ROH show, I’m watching TNA to get a quick wrestling fix.
