UFC 91: Brock Lesnar Post-Fight Interview
Written by Lex on November 16th, 2008 in MMA, News, UFC, Video, WWE, Wrestling Industry.
This is a great interview–Brock talks about his strategy in the fight and his weight advantage.
It’s also pretty interesting watching Frank Mir interviewing him, especially considering there could be a re-match down the line.

Agreed Joe. Too bad Kimbo has fallen from grace. I would have loved to see Brock and Kimbo lock it up.

I still cant explain how you gain 55 o[pounds in a day
I know that fighters lose/gain weight fast, but HOW? Somebody could get rich with an instructional video, and I am not talking about Tiabo

who gained 55 pounds in a day?
November 16th, 2008 at 9:59 pm
JSN- He gained 16 lbs of water weight. He weighed in at 260.
The fight was great. I’m glad to see Brock is being humble about it all. This really mirrors his WWE career.
Kimbo would be great for WWE. I hope they sign him for something small.

I thought that for the weigh ins they are dehydrated so that everyone can see more muscle mass. You know like they do in body building. Then later on they rehydrate themselves for the matches. Just a thought, could be wrong though. It seems he is very stable these days. I’m glad he won as Couture is no joke. I Think if he had more weight on him it would have been a different story though.

Mollie,
Guys who dehydrate themselves do it to make weight for the fight, not to look cut. Brock has to dehydrate big time to get down to the heavyweight limit–that’s why he gains so much weight back after the weigh-in.

I think Brock’s biggest test will come when he faces either Nogueira or Mir.
If he manages to beat the winner of that fight, then I think Brock will remain champion for a very long time as he will be just too much for any one else.
I think Nogueira would be the hardest fight for Brock, cos Nogueira is one of the best technical fighters, and one of the most physical.
But then again I would love to see another Mir Lesnar fight.
